So I saw a pic of a guitar on flickr so I figured I would bust mine out and give it a shot.  I think this one is my favorite, it is Diana’s for sure she just doesn’t like all the “crap” around it….that crap being my living room…  There are a couple other shots of the neglected instrument in my flickr photo pool.

I think this is something like 6 straight years of Deer Camp @ Whiskey Creek for the Lilly guys, not sure on the number though, there was some debate to that on the bow trip a couple weeks ago.  I am very excited to go sit in the woods for a while.  I’m just hoping for good weather…  A deer would be a plus, but there is nothing that adds insult to injury than bad weather to make hunting miserable.

I really think that this is what shopping will look like in the future…  Sadly I had this idea a few years ago but I lack any coding ability to pull this sort of thing off.  Take a peak at Modista!!!

I finally got the blogroll section of my theme hacked in and working…  Ok you got me, I haven’t tried much at all till today, but the point its you will now find links to other blogs over on the right sidebar.

I send myself emails as reminders.  I sign the emails.

I call myself and leave voicemails as reminders….  I end them with, c ya or talk to you later.

At least I’m prepared for when I’m older and can’t hardly remember anything, I’ll be a couple steps a head of the game

As I was reading Proverbs 8 today, for some reason the last 3 verses stood out to me.

34 Blessed is the man who listens to me,
watching daily at my doors,
waiting at my doorway.

35 For whoever finds me finds life
and receives favor from the LORD.

36 But whoever fails to find me harms himself;
all who hate me love death.”

Reading this reminded me of the verse which I could only remember a portion, luckily Google makes up for which my memory lacks. The verse is Jeremiah 29:13

13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

If you seek him, listen to him, you will be blessed.  In doing this there will be much watching and waiting…  But simply in discovering who HE is, you will find favor with the creator of the universe…  But not finding him is marriage to the depths of hell.

Like Noel said at the begining of the summer.  There is no one else coming.  And next time, he is coming with a sword….  Don’t know about you, but I rather know the guy with the sword.
