So we all talked about how it was coming but I finally read THIS article on CNN… Palin is appearing as Fey this weekend on SNL @ 11:30 (NBC).
“It would be fun to meet her, imitate her and keep on giving her new material.” -Palin

Grabbing contact stuff in the dark out of my suitcase I drug my hand across my razor… There is skin missing from my finger now… I miss it, I really do…mostly I miss it when I’m showering or putting my hand in my pockets (which is all the time).

I am currently cruising down the highway…. My laptop is tethered via bluetooth to my work cell phone to get me onto the internet, and both devices are plugged into a power inverter running off of the car’s cig lighter for power.
Complete geekery.
Now I am curious if I can video chat like this

So, last night I dropped my phone and now the vibrate setting doesn’t work. It made a weird sound like it was trying to spin but there was metal on metal instead of the right “vibrate” sound.
Sooo I carefully took my phone apart to inspect to see if this was something I could just bend back or fix somehow. I was mostly proud of getting the stupid thing apart… But the weight that spins for the vibrating action is not spinning right, the spindle that spins it is spinning free instead of turning the weight. And there are ribbon cables that are secured to the case with no slack that attach to the electric motor which spins the weight, so getting it out of there to try and fix this predicament is going to take some doing.
I stiched the phone back together and turned off the vibrate function all togehter, so now when I set it to vibrate it is just silent (boo).
My plan….
I think if I dab some JB weld on the tip and on the end of the weight, I think I can secure the spindle to the weight so it can’t spin free anymore. BBUUUTTTT all of my JB weld is @ work, so this is project for tomorrow night.
Instead, I will wallow in misery that did something to my phone which would require work.

Am I a sinner if I’m a one issue voter this year? After long and enjoyable conversation last night, I found out I’m not the only one. (Yes I have decided and taken a stand on one of the two major candidates)
Anyone else?

* Change

Mr Obama, I am begging you to stop talking about change. Some change is good, chaning underware, changing sheets, changing the furniture layout in your living room…. But some things ought not change, like good old fashion sexual reproduction.
All your talk about change has forced THIS shark into asexual reproduction… In a brief interview, the shark told reporters that current political and social climate really lead her to believe that it was just time to switch some things up, so she decided to have a kid, and just did.
Mr Obama, I think you recognize the error in your ways. Some things are just fine, cough – wink – a’hem.
