No I do not know how to use your cutting edge “your industry only” application, I just pulled it out of the box and installed it, until 10 minutes ago I never knew this even existed, no I cannot train you how to use it. NO I did not break your computer, yes this is the new system. Yes you have to change your password now, no I do not make the rules. YES the password must have a number in it, NO I DO NOT MAKE THE RULES. No I did not have a nice summer, I was here while you where on a beach.
