* The election

Its not that I’m affraid of Obama.  Actually I quite like the guy, I just dissagree with him on some “die on the hill alone” kinds of issues.  What absolutely scares me to death is a locked up Democrat Senate, House, and Oval Office.  That is not a happy thought for me to entertain…

    I agree. I believe in the checks and balances system which is why I split my vote in many ways. The republican party really did this to itself

    Yup, the R’s shot themselves in the foot. They represent a generation that doesn’t exist much anymore… No checks and balances in 100% control…

  3. J smoove Says:

    I dont know if its a generational thing even. I just think that people are getting sick of the far rights and lefts. Take Florida and California for example who passed a ban on same-sex marriage, but also went with Obama as Prez.

    I thought Cal just passed something allowing it…? Did that change last night, already?

  5. J smoove Says:

    maybe Im confused, I thought it was voted down.

    Hmmmmmmmmm

    Eh. I’m not an authority on anything of that nature. But if you need to know how to move grades from Pinnacle to KRESA I’m your guy…or at least I have the support number of the guys who know :-)

    Just checked

    Arizona, Cal, and Florida all approved a ban on Gay marriage, but also went to Obama.

    As a side note, which you may already know, Obama is not for gay marriage…maybe there isn’t a correlation here, just something I heard Biden say in the VP debate.

    And as an afterthought, I realize that you were simply making an observation that the days of far left and far right are fading away (and I think you are right). So, feel free to disregard above comment, since it really has no bearing on the point you were trying to make.
    :)

    I disregarded your comment before you even made it. SO THERE!
